My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was absolutely awesome, right off I-44 and close to everything, with very friendly staff. However, the room situation was a major disappointment as I had paid for a king room only to find out there were no rooms available, and the smell was like a beer party. The dining experience could have been better, but the many choices made up for it.

The service was less than apologetic and didn't offer much help, though it was friendly in general. The hotel had a convenient location near multiple restaurants and not too far from downtown St Louis, which was great for us as we visited the zoo and the science center. The rooms were a bit worn down, missing proper supplies like towels and coffee cups despite informing them, but otherwise comfortable and clean. However, they could improve by adding refrigerators in the rooms.
